Arcadian Media (“Arcadian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at arcadianmedia.com and related pages, emails, and online features (collectively, the “Services”). We are located in New York, USA, and this Policy is intended to comply with applicable U.S. federal law and New York law.

1) Scope & Who This Policy Covers
This Policy applies to information we collect about visitors to our website, subscribers to our emails, individuals who contact us, and purchasers of our books or related products through the Services or our service providers. This Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties that we do not control (for example, marketplaces such as Amazon or social platforms such as YouTube). You can control cookies through your browser settings. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals because there is no consistent industry standard for compliance.
